Sullair Upgrades LS Series Screw Air Compressors
Sullair, a global leader in compressed air solutions, is proud to announce the upgrade of
its LS Series fixed-speed oil-flooded screw air compressors. Focused on delivering quieter,
more efficient, and reliable performance, the new LS Series achieves a remarkable noise
reduction to 62 dB(A) at 1 meter, setting a new benchmark for quiet operation in industrial
and professional applications.
The upgraded LS Series features a brand-new noise-reduction enclosure and high-
efficiency low-noise axial fan, which reduces the overall noise level from 68 dB(A) to 62
dB(A) –meeting the strict noise standards of the EU CE and medical industry. Equipped
with IE4 ultra-high efficiency motors and optimized rotor profiles, the series achieves an
8%–12% energy saving compared to the previous generation, reaching China's Level 1
energy efficiency standard.
Built with durability in mind, the LS Series is equipped with original American airends and
SKF/NSK long-life bearings, backed by a 5-year airend warranty. For enhanced peace of
mind, users can opt for 24KT maintenance-free lubricating oil, upgrading to a 10-year
diamond-level warranty. The standard STS touchscreen controller enables remote
monitoring, fault early warning, and constant pressure control, simplifying operation and
maintenance.
Covering a power range of 90–355 kW, the upgraded LS Series offers air-cooled/water-
cooled and fixed-frequency/variable-frequency configurations, making it ideal for
hospitals, electronic manufacturing, precision processing, food processing, and large-
scale air compressor stations that demand low noise and high energy efficiency.
