2024年5月28日，全球矚目的“2024德魯巴印刷展（drupa2024）”在德國杜賽爾多夫展覽館面向全球印刷行業盛大開幕！在近14萬平方米的凈面積和18個展館里，共有來自全球52個國家和地區1646家展商同臺競技。其中，中國展團高達443家，浙江浩達智能裝備股份有限公司（浩達智能）便是其中一個重要的組成部分。

展會現場，浩達智能銷售總監林朝梁先生接受了我們的采訪，為我們重點介紹了本次浩達智能的參展情況。

據林朝梁先生介紹，浩達智能是中國印刷及設備器材工業協會印刷裝備分會副理事長單位、國家高新技術企業、全自動封面機行業標準主要制定單位、溫州市印刷行業協會副會長單位。公司專業致力于紙制品包裝設備的研發與制造，主要產品有：全自動封面機、酒盒煙盒生產線、手機盒生產線、全自動折疊盒側翼成型機、紙板分切機等，產品通過了歐盟CE認證，并擁有近60項發明專利和實用新型專利。

01、QZFM-700E全自動視覺定位精裝封面聯動線

Automatic case making & inner laminating machine(CCD)

QZFM-700E全自動視覺定位封面聯動線是我司基于全自動精裝封面聯動線全面升級優化的產品，該設備滿足了客戶對高精度、高速度、高智能、用工少的實際需求，可自動生產出精裝封面，并將生產好的精裝封面通過中間傳遞機構送入貼內襯機，將內襯紙與精裝封面貼合。適用范圍：月餅盒、茶葉盒、手機盒、煙盒、酒盒、工藝品盒、化妝品盒等外包裝產品以及生產文件夾、臺歷、精裝書封面等。

The QZFM-700E Automatic case making & inner laminating machine(CCD) is upgrade and optimization based on Automatic Case Making & Inner Laminating Machine ,which can finish four-side folding and inner paper laminating at on time,filling the maket gap of multifunctional case maker. It's a machine with high quality, high accuracy , high speed and low labor during production. It can be applied for high volume packaging material production of moon cake, tea, cellphone, underwear, handicraft products, cosmetics, folder,calendar,hard cover books and so on. 

02、ZDH-700K折疊盒側翼成型機(五聯板)

Collapsible box wings making machine

ZDH-700K折疊盒側翼成型機是浩達智能聯合浙江大學進行校企合作研發，結合用戶的實際需求，采用全新工藝，將立體盒的兩側設計成可折疊的活動面，采用伺服傳動，光電定位，伺服糾偏，伺服插板，包邊等全新工藝及技術，自動完成。將包裝盒的運輸體積減少了80%以上，不但大大降低了運輸成本，減少了存放空間，而且幾乎無損壞，無變形，是廣大印刷包裝企業生產折疊盒產品的全新解決方案。

Our company cooperated with Zhejiang university for school-enterprise cooperation. According with the actual needs of users, we developed the ZDH-700K collapsible box wings making machine. The whole machine adopts 12 servo systems, which can accurately compete the required actions of each precess. It makes the transport volume of the boxed decrease more than 80%, not only greatly reduce transport cost and storage space, but also almost no damage, no deformation.

03、ZFM-700K全自動快速封面機

Fast speed automatic case making machine

ZFM-700K系列全自動快速封面機采用運動控制器系統，最高速度可達35個/分鐘，可自動完成面紙進給、上膠、紙板自動進給、定位、四面包邊等工序，整臺機器采用9套伺服系統，具有精度高、速度快、壓角包邊美觀等特點。適用范圍：白酒、香煙、月餅、茶葉、手機、內衣、工藝品、化妝品等外包裝盒及文件夾、臺歷、精裝書封面等。

The ZFM-700K fast speed automatic case making machine using motion control system, promote the producation speed to 35 pieces/min. It uses seervo driving, photoelectric detecting, servo positioning and other technologies as well. The machine adopts 9 servo systems. It can finish the processes of paper feeding, gluing, board feeding positioning, and four-side solding automatically with high accuracy, fast speed and high quality. The package for wines, cigarettes, moon cakes, tea, mobile phones, underwear, and cosmetics etc., making the file folders, calendars, and other hardcover books as well.
